Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
The following conclusions can be drawn based on the urine microscopy report you have furnished.
1. WBCs with 0 to 2/HPF is normal.
2. RBCs with 0 to 5/HPF is also normal.
3. Bacteria with 0 to 3/HPF is normal.
4. No squamous cells and few mucous threads presence can be considered as normal.
Thus, these findings are indicative the report to be normal and does not show evidence of urinary tract infection.
